I trained with Matt some years ago . 2014 for 18 months 3/4 times a week.
He has a great knowledge and practical experience how to improve your mobility your core strength and build a bit of muscle. Not only to look good but more importantly to keep the body moving well and to be able to do the exercises for maximum benefits. Matt was extremely diligent to your form when using weights, not once did I suffer an injury.
We got on well and had a laugh together, this is very important to have this connection when you train together, which makes you want to keep coming back.
I’m so pleased to know Matt and still look forward to our catching up when he comes to London.
I think of him as a good friend and so proud of what he has achieved, with hard work, enthusiasm dedication and a vision of what he wanted . It’s impressive.
