Hi I’m Matt,

This is the bit where I tell you about myself. I’m going to keep this short don’t worry.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I started out as a fitness instructor at LA Fitness when I was 17yrs old, this was when the fitness industry really started to take off. I then went on to travel the world working as a Personal Trainer, Presenting seminars on Health, Nutrition and Fitness on 5 different luxury cruise ships. It was here my passion for health and fitness really started.

After my time working overseas I moved to London where I worked at one of London’s most exclusive health clubs the prestigious ‘Equinox’. While at Equinox I had the opportunity to build up a very high profile client base, which Included professional athletes, royal family members and very well known celebrities.

My hunger for helping people continues to this day. As you can see from many of my testimonials I am coach who really cares about his clients. Because of this genuine care, knowledge and years of experience that I have, I get FANTASTIC RESULTS.

I’m Josie one of the coaches at MH studio.

I have a genuine passion for all things health and fitness!

I love helping others to reach their goals and achieve things they never thought possible.

I like to take a simple approach to diet and exercise so that clients can make changes that they are able to stick to LONG TERM and never “start again on Monday” ever again!

I strongly believe in a healthy balance because what is life without a bit of choccy and wine! It IS possible to reach your goals without being overly restrictive and without sacrificing all of the fun.

Hello, my name is Brian.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years. My main base has been in Loughborough but I have trained all over Leicestershire including Syston, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Mountsorrel and stretched as far as Bournemouth in recent years.

My training methodology is based around getting people fit for life, a quote that I like to steal from a top coach is “getting people kicking ass into their 90s”. I want to battle this sedentary lifestyle and have as many people as possible being able to move injury free and be self reliant well into their later years. This is not to say that I won’t focus on the external as I also believe that body confidence will build huge mental capacity for self belief and self control. My main training is based around clients performances as appose to body composition and I am for all my clients to be able to be competitive in themselves over all elements of fitness including endurance, strength, flexibility, mobility and speed (to name a few).

My own training is based largely around Crossfit which I have been participating in for around 3 years, in which I have competed in 4 competitions (winning 1). As a trainer I love bringing like minded people together, creating a community feel. I believe this is a major component in continuity in training, fitness, health and lifestyle.
