Because we are a Results based Personal Training Studio all of our Memberships are a minimum of 3 months commitment with a 1 month notice. Through our experience this gives you enough time to commit to your goal which will allow you to create some new life changing habits.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP What’s included?
- Initial 1-2-1 consultation and tailored eating plan for your goals
- Easy to follow recipe books with Calories and macro breakdown, that can also be scanned into My Fitness Pal.
- Monthly Body Assessment with our Body Trax Machine and progression Photos (optional)
- 2 x 50 minute workouts per week
- Private Facebook page which gives you access to motivational support and guidance from our team when needed.
- Access to our ‘Fitness App’ where you will find a library of our workouts for the days that you can’t make it in to the studio.
GOLD MEMBERSHIP What’s included?
- Initial consultation and tailored eating plan for your goals

- ADDITIONAL - Also included in our gold membership is: Monthly 1hr 1-2-1 check in with your personal trainer.
