1, Leave your phone in the locker – having access to emails and messages is a recipe for disaster when you’re trying to get a workout in!

2, Listen to motivational/empowering music – music can always change your mood and provoke an emotion ( Anything Linkin Park, The Prodigy, Jay Z, 50 Cent or any old school rap is always a winner)

3, Time your rest period in between each set this will allow you to keep your intensity up!
