I feel far to often people focus on aesthetics too much (myself included) “I want to have the abs… I want to have the big arms….. I want to have the booty” peach

BUT

I feel this can be short lived and people can become demotivated and bored if it’s not achieved instantly 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️hear_no_evil SO…. Try setting yourself some “FITNESS” goals to keep exercise fun, while getting yourself some BRAGGING RIGHTS along the way muscle

How many push ups can you do?? Can you do a pull up?

Have you ever ran a 10k or tried a tough mudder?

All of these are great fitness goals that can help keep you motivated to workout!
