I’ve worked with high performers across industries - from actors and athletes to busy professionals and business owners - in some of the world’s leading gyms, including Equinox Kensington. Today, I run my own private personal training studio helping clients achieve real results that fit their real lives.

I’m a Dad Too - I Get It

I’m not a 20-something coach with no responsibilities. I’ve got kids. I run a business. I understand exactly what it’s like when your time, energy, and focus are stretched thin and your own health slips down the list.
