Once you complete your initial form, I will schedule a call with you, where we’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine if you're a good fit for the programme.

After the call, your customised Fit for Success programme will be delivered through my fitness app, complete with detailed explanations and easy-to-follow instructions for each workout so you can get started right away. You will receive weekly check-ins, which include progress tracking and support to ensure that you keep moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a gym membership to apply?

No, you don’t need a gym membership! Your training programme can be tailored for both the gym and home. If you choose to train at home, you’ll need some basic equipment—not a lot, just the essentials—to get the most out of your workouts.

How much time will I need to dedicate to the programme?

You’ll need to commit to a minimum of 3 workouts per week, Matt will also set weekly step goals that you'll work towards together.

How is the programme delivered?

The programme is 100% online, giving you the flexibility to implement your plan and access all resources from anywhere in the world. Within your personal profile in the coaching app, you’ll find detailed video demonstrations created by Matt  for every exercise, ensuring you get the most out of each session.  Plus, there's an interactive feature that allows you to upload your own videos, so Matt can give you personalised feedback on your technique.

Communication is done through the app, weekly Loom videos, WhatsApp, voice notes  or any other format you prefer—whatever works best for you. There are multiple ways to stay in touch!

How long does the programme last?

The programme lasts anywhere from 3 to 12 months. The more committed you are to following your plan, the quicker you’ll see results!
