No, you don’t need a gym membership! Your training programme can be tailored for both the gym and home. If you choose to train at home, you’ll need some basic equipment—not a lot, just the essentials—to get the most out of your workouts.
I'm new to training; is this suitable for beginners?
Yes! There's no prior experience needed, as Matt focuses on teaching you the fundamentals and building a strong foundation. You will be guided every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident and supported as you start your fitness journey.
I'm vegetarian/vegan; is this okay?
Absolutely! Matt understands the unique nutritional needs of plant-based diets and will work with you to create a personalised training programme that aligns with your lifestyle. He’ll provide you with guidance on how to get the right nutrients to support your fitness goals while ensuring you enjoy delicious and satisfying meals.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?
You’ll need to commit to a minimum of 3 workouts per week, Matt will also set weekly step goals that you'll work towards together.
Does Matt work with overseas clients?
Yes, Matt's online platform is designed to train clients from anywhere in the world, as long as you have Wi-Fi. Over the past few years, he has successfully worked with clients from Australia, America, South Africa, and Malaysia.
How is the program delivered?
The programme is 100% online, giving you the flexibility to implement your plan and access all resources from anywhere in the world. Within your personal profile in the coaching app, you’ll find detailed video demonstrations created by Matt for every exercise, ensuring you get the most out of each session. Plus, there's an interactive feature that allows you to upload your own videos, so Matt can give you personalised feedback on your technique.
Communication is done through the app, weekly Loom videos, WhatsApp, voice notes or any other format you prefer—whatever works best for you. There are multiple ways to stay in touch!
Will I get an in-person session with Matt?
While the programme is primarily online, Matt hosts in-person events throughout the year for his clients. These events offer a fantastic opportunity to connect with him and network with other like-minded individuals participating in the programme. It's a great chance to share experiences and build valuable connections!
How long does the programme last?
The programme lasts anywhere from 3 to 12 months. The more committed you are to following your plan, the quicker you’ll see results!
How much does the program cost?
This is a premium, life-changing program. Investment packages start at £900, depending on your challenges, current situation, and what you need. Once Matt identifies your specific goals, he can recommend the best option for you moving forward.
