It was never from a lack of knowledge about what to eat and what not to, or from a lack of understanding about what to do in the gym, it was from life getting in the way! Having a stressful job that often involves travel, client events, and wining and dining in the evening meant that all of my best intentions went out of the window after a couple of days because I just didn’t have the head space to think and plan out meals and workouts. Working with Matt over the last 7 weeks, workouts would be totally planned, and in our online consultations we would plan out my nutrition, taking into account social and work events so that they didn’t derail my progress.
