We’ll still be gathering key info as you go, including:

  • Your current fitness level and how you handle training
  • Your sleep, energy, recovery, and daily routine

This helps us set a clear, realistic starting point - no random plans, no guesswork.

Weeks 4–8
Structure and Strategy

Now that we’ve seen how you respond, now we start putting a plan in place that fits your life.

We’ll:

  • Refine your training plan based on performance and schedule
  • Make nutrition tweaks that feel natural and sustainable
  • Strengthen routines and habits that lead to long-term success

This helps us set a clear, realistic starting point - no random plans, no guesswork.

Weeks 8–12
Tweak to Perform

Now we take things a step further by fine-tuning things to ensure the plan fits you perfectly.

  • We test how well different parts of the plan are working
  • Adjust your workouts to challenge you without burning you out
  • Dial in your nutrition, whether it’s eating more, less, or smarter
  • Use check-ins and tracking to guide the next steps

Do I need a gym membership to apply?

No, you don’t need a gym membership! Your training programme can be tailored for both the gym and home. If you choose to train at home, you’ll need some basic equipment—not a lot, just the essentials—to get the most out of your workouts.

How much time will I need to dedicate to the programme?

You’ll need to commit to a minimum of 3 workouts per week, Matt will also set weekly step goals that you'll work towards together.

How is the programme delivered?

The programme is 100% online, giving you the flexibility to implement your plan and access all resources from anywhere in the world. Within your personal profile in the coaching app, you’ll find detailed video demonstrations created by Matt  for every exercise, ensuring you get the most out of each session.  Plus, there's an interactive feature that allows you to upload your own videos, so Matt can give you personalised feedback on your technique.

Communication is done through the app, weekly Loom videos, WhatsApp, voice notes  or any other format you prefer—whatever works best for you. There are multiple ways to stay in touch!

How long does the programme last?

The programme lasts anywhere from 3 to 12 months. The more committed you are to following your plan, the quicker you’ll see results!
